All-star French backing band, the name standing for About Some Precious Oldies, who backed visiting Jamaican singers across Europe. Alton Ellis worked with them through the early 2000s, and the live album recorded with them in Bordeaux in 2001 and released by Patate Records as "Workin' on a Groovy Thing" is the only live album Ellis ever released.
A later performance reportedly featured a young singer identified only as "Christopher," since signed to a label associated with the Marley family -- unconfirmed beyond one account.
