Iron Kyte

Probable

Kingston blues-rock band fronted by Brendon Wesley, part of the small, self-described "budding" rock scene alongside DownStairs and Rootz Underground. Wesley has said his interest in rock was sparked, unexpectedly, by a Vybz Kartel lyric. The band has played Redbones, Comfitanya and Footprints in Kingston, the Jazz and Blues Festival, and Blues on the Beach at Drifter's in Negril (2019); tracks include "Concrete Jungle," "Rebel in Disguise," "Highway" and the "Dirty Glass" EP. Their Bandcamp links to an earlier act name, Skaibrid.
