The first Jamaican band to gain prominence in Toronto, working the city's Caribbean club circuit from the mid-1960s under manager Karl Mullings; their ranks and orbit fed the session and club scene that Jackie Mittoo, Lynn Taitt and the wave of Studio One expatriates joined at decade's end.
