German reggae singer born Tilmann Otto in Osnabrück in 1974 and raised in Cologne, who first visited Jamaica at 17; his 1999 debut Trodin On and 2002 breakthrough Journey to Jah made him one of Europe's most prominent reggae artists, with the 2005 single "Intoxication" built on Don Corleon's Drop Leaf riddim.
