Robert “Kentucky Kid” Hill was a Jamaican entertainer and deejay remembered in this archive for voicing specials for Faze 4. Before his death at age 37 in December 2009, Hill lodged complaints about encounters with police and published internet videos describing alleged abuse and his fear for his family's safety. In August 2014, after an inquest lasting more than four years, a Kingston and St Andrew Coroner's Court jury ruled that three police officers and two civilians should be charged with his murder; that verdict was a direction toward criminal proceedings, not a conviction.
