British reggae deejay, born Jonathan Sutter (1967-2016) in Brixton, who began on Lloyd Coxsone's International sound system alongside Jah Screechy and Blacker Dread; his 1989 debut "Roughneck Fashion" topped the UK reggae chart, and he scored three UK Top 40 hits alongside Rebel MC.
